What sets you apart is your customized and holistic perspective, and your flexibility in helping clients keet their goals. CLients are not a nmber for you and you are not fitting them into a cookie cutter plan. I know that you start by listening to what clients want to be different in their lives beyond vanity/weight loss/superficial goas. You also give practical ideas on how to implement small changes in their daily lives that don’t necessarily require them to go to the gym (i.e. using the walls in your home, etc.)

Music Strong was founded in 2009 as an answer to the problem that there were too few solutions to musician’s health and fitness (especially when it came to the subject of injury prevention ) other than “stop playing”. Through completely personalized personal training, we offer fitness solutions to musician’s wellness problems. Our training encompasses everything from strength training to injury prevention and correction, to body awareness mobility and overall health. Looking better and more stage worthy is just part of our service as our clients experience increased creativity and confidence, better stage presence, decreased anxiety, better sleep and decreased rates of injury due to overuse.
Do you only work with musicians?
No! We work with all types of people: from IT workers to fencers, to desk workers to pre/post operative clients. We specialize in musicians, but you should also contact us if this is you:
