60 minute workout + mobility and flexibility training
30 minute accountability session: we’ll go over your food choices, sleep schedule, challenges and goals and get you set for the week ahead

For those that can do plenty on their own but want an extra push and the accountability they need, this is your option!

What it involves:
60 minute workout + mobility and flexibility training
30 minute accountability session: we’ll go over your food choices, sleep schedule, challenges and goals and get you set for the week ahead

 

This works exceptionally well with the online/home training program.  That way, you get a workout you can do on your own, personally tailored to you, wherever you are, and then come in, get an extra boost with a personal trainer, who will push you just a little more, and update your program, then 30 minutes where we will go over everything that challenges you with your fitness, helping to keep you on track!  Sometimes, all you need is that accountability, and this is the best way to provide it.

For optimum results, we recommend this twice a month if possible.
