You know that as a musician, you have to be consistent and persistent in order to see results with anything; that especially applies to your body. But sometimes, your schedule is just too unpredictable to be able to commit to 2-3 sessions a week. This plan gives you 4 sessions to use any time during one month, and you’ll be billed this for 3 months (for a total of 16 hours to be used). 3 months is where you really start to see big, measureable results and make fitness an essential part of your life and a habit with lasting results.

Not everyone is ready for our total transformation. Sometimes, you just need someone to make you MOVE.
You know that as a musician, you have to be consistent and persistent in order to see results with anything; that especially applies to your body. But sometimes, your schedule is just too unpredictable to be able to commit to 2-3 sessions a week. This plan gives you 4 sessions to use any time during one month.
Sessions can be used any time during the month – all in one week, spaced a week apart, or any combination as needed. Additional single sessions may be purchased as needed to supplement as needed. Because sometimes you’re here and you have to get it in when you can.
