We offer several options to cover all the bases – because having an irregular/unpredictable schedule shouldn’t be your excuse for not taking care of yourself.

ONLINE COACHING IS THE IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO:
- Are self motivated but don’t know what to do.
- Want a structured, personalized workout program but can’t have (or don’t necessarily need) a personal trainer with them.
- Have an irregular schedule that makes 1-on-1 training difficult if not impossible.
If you live outside of Nashville but still want a personalized training program that takes your body, your lifestyle and your goals into account. This is just like working out with a personal trainer except I’m not physically there with you.

- Video session with movement assessment.
- Completely personalized workouts based on your goals, history, schedule, body and movement and what equipment you have available.
- Free app to use that will have 1) Your workout and all details 2) Videos of each exercise 3) ability to send me videos, comments and messages
- 24/7 Messaging access
- Plan progressions and tweaks as needed
- Additional video session (1 per month) for follow up/ movement re-assessment, etc. As needed.
- New updated, progressed workout each month to get you to your goals quickly and safely.

Instrument Specific workouts – designed specifically for you as an instrumentalist – each workout comes with a video tutorial as well as a downloadable PDF of the workout with bonus material.

Sometimes you just need to be told what to do.
Using what equipment you have and your goals, we’ll design you a written 1-month workout plan you can do on your own. Plan includes an initial intake Skype session where you will get a movement assessment and program will be based not just on your equipment, schedule and goals but how YOU move. This is bare bones – you will get a written workout plan with some of the exercises having video links, but not all. There is unsupervised and up to you to complete.
We require a 3-month commitment on all training programs to see optimal results, though exceptions can be made based on the situation. Contact us to confirm your situation.
Best for: Those who are familiar with strength training, disciplined, and highly self-motivated or just need a simple fix
Not for: Beginners, those with complicated issues

Not everyone is ready for our total transformation. Sometimes, you just need someone to make you MOVE.
You know that as a musician, you have to be consistent and persistent in order to see results with anything; that especially applies to your body. But sometimes, your schedule is just too unpredictable to be able to commit to 2-3 sessions a week. This plan gives you 4 sessions to use any time during one month.
Sessions can be used any time during the month – all in one week, spaced a week apart, or any combination as needed. Additional single sessions may be purchased as needed to supplement as needed. Because sometimes you’re here and you have to get it in when you can.
