We offer several options to cover all the bases – because having an irregular/unpredictable schedule shouldn’t be your excuse for not taking care of yourself.
If you live outside of Nashville but still want a personalized training program that takes your body, your lifestyle and your goals into account. This is just like working out with a personal trainer except I’m not physically there with you.

Using what equipment you have and your goals, we’ll design you a written 1-month workout plan you can do on your own. Plan includes an initial intake Skype session where you will get a movement assessment and program will be based not just on your equipment, schedule and goals but how YOU move. This is bare bones – you will get a written workout plan with some of the exercises having video links, but not all. There is unsupervised and up to you to complete.
We require a 3-month commitment on all training programs to see optimal results, though exceptions can be made based on the situation. Contact us to confirm your situation.
