“Fitness for Musicians” – Group Coaching Program
Did you know that up to 93% of musicians experience playing related pain or injury? How many hushed conversations have you had about a lingering “shoulder pain” or weird tingling in your fingers, low back pain, weakness and “crampy weakness” in your extremeties…so many right? It’s time start talking about our struggles, pain and frustrations in a private space where we don’t just complain and mobilize, we strengthen muscles, career successes and build each other up! This program combines the content of WHAT to do with the knowledge of HOW to do it and the guidance of WHO to seek out when something isn’t working. Details below.

This is a community with group coaching and great content that, in 9 weeks will have you understanding more about your body, what YOU need and how YOU work, so you can avoid that career-threatening injury. Not only will you complete the program feeling empowered, able to help yourself and others, you’ll have designed your OWN corrective exercise program.
9/10 musicians will experience playing related pain or injury. If that’s not you, it’s either a matter of time OR you know someone who is suffering in silence because they’re afraid the industry will see their pain as weakness (which it’s not!). If this is you, or someone you know, this program will equip you, your musicians, students, colleagues, peers, mentors to know what to do when playing related pain surfaces. It will, and it’s NOT a measure of weakness! This course will equip you to know what to do to prolong and elongate your career, alleviate pain, prevent injury and help you and those we care about most in the injury KEEP playing to that high level we all want.
